I am a qualified CBT therapist and continually keep my knowledge and skills up to date through regular professional development. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. I aim to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel understood and supported.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering and focused on your goals. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping your difficulties going and develop some practical and evidence-based strategies that fit your life. My aim is to help you build your confidence and become your own therapist over time.
